bought a motherboard with a memory slot fault where the computer would blue screen every 5 minutes, I then bought a replacement motherboard and the problems disappeared so I sent the defective motherboard back. this reseller refuses to acknowledge the product is defective and insists on not replacing or reimbursing it.they are extremely bad faith and will try to run you around in circles for as long as they can.
