Ordered a PSU from PCComponentes that in their turn ordered it from these guys, the estimated delivery time was the next day (ordered 9 Feb 2026) on PCComponentes, than these guys said 13 days with the USUAL delays, they really said that, by day 17 i didn't had anything yet... simply canceled and wont be ordering anything else that i know comes from this store and PC Componentes as well for that matter

Had £300+ taken from my bank account on 15 Nov 2024 by this firm for something I did not order - I was scammed.After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing we got to the bottom of it and the firm refunded the scammed money today 25 Nov..Happy to see they resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

Je n'achèterai plus jamais de cette entreprise.J'ai commandé un ordinateur et lorsque la première livraison est arrivée, c'était le mauvais modèle. J'ai parlé avec le service client et ils m'ont dit que le mieux qu'ils pouvaient offrir était que je retourne le produit et qu'ils enverraient le bon. J'ai retourné le produit dans la journée et puis ils ont mis une semaine entière avant d'envoyer le bon modèle.La deuxième livraison est ensuite arrivée et l'emballage était très mal - sans aucun rembourrage autour de la boîte de l'ordinateur. La boîte était endommagée et une partie du PC s'était cassée.J'ai demandé s'ils pouvaient offrir n'importe quel type de geste commercial pour s'excuser pour le gêne occasionnée et ils m'ont dit que payer les frais de retour était déjà un geste. Je suis totalement déçu et ne recommanderai jamais cette entreprise...The worst customer experience I have ever had. I will never buy from this company again. I ordered a computer and when the first delivery arrived it was the wrong model. I spoke with the customer service and they told me that the best they could offer was for me to return the product and they would send out the correct one. I returned the product within the day and they proceded to take a whole week before sending out the correct model. The second delivery then arrived and the packaging was terrible - with no padding whatsoever around the computer's box. The box was damaged and part of the PC had broken off. I asked if they could offer any kind of commercial gest to apologise for the inconvinience and they told me that paying for the return postage was already a gest. I'm totally dissapointed and would never recommend this company.
Thieves, there is no other way to put it.Returned a product which they agreed to refund for 80% of its value. They never did, lied about the refund consistently, sent automated messages when pressed for answers. Absolute crooks. Avoid them at all costs. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the police.
bought a motherboard with a memory slot fault where the computer would blue screen every 5 minutes, I then bought a replacement motherboard and the problems disappeared so I sent the defective motherboard back. this reseller refuses to acknowledge the product is defective and insists on not replacing or reimbursing it.they are extremely bad faith and will try to run you around in circles for as long as they can.
