I ordered shampoo and conditioner twice from a seller. The first time in April, I didn’t receive an order confirmation, which I followed up on after 5 days, and it was resolved. The product was good. I ordered again on November 17, but I have not received a confirmation email. I followed up on November 27 with proof of purchase, but there has been no response. As of December 2, I am still waiting for a reply. It’s very frustrating since I enjoyed buying from an Australian-owned company, and the lack of communication is a big disappointment, especially during this time of year.
