I ordered shampoo and conditioner twice from the company. The first time in April, I didn’t receive an order confirmation, which I followed up on after five days and it was resolved. The product was good. I placed another order on November 17, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. I followed up on November 27 with proof of purchase, but there’s been no response. As of December 2, I’m still waiting for a reply. It’s very frustrating, especially since I appreciated buying from a locally owned company, and the lack of communication is a significant letdown, particularly during this time of year.

I placed an order on November 1, received a billing invoice email immediately, and have had no contact for three weeks. There’s been zero tracking information or updates, and I don’t even have a package number to check with the postal service. I’ve emailed them multiple times and reached out through the website with no response. The customer service is terrible; at this point, it feels like a scam. I don’t know how to get my money back because no one is contacting me.
I ordered on November 3, and it’s now the 18th. I’ve tried contacting them three separate times with no response. I have an invoice but no other emails regarding shipping or delivery. The website states it should take one week to receive, and if it’s been two weeks, to reach out for an investigation. I still haven’t heard back. All I wanted was an estimated delivery to ensure I wasn’t being scammed. I tried disputing the order for a refund, but they won’t comply. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

No updates, no product, no communication. I’ve been patient, but it feels like they disappeared after taking my money.
It’s November 15. My order was placed on October 31. I had to message them for an invoice and order confirmation on November 5, and they sent me an email with a picture. I asked why it wasn’t the information I requested, but received no reply. Eventually, I figured out that the picture had their website’s info, and I was directed to their site for the invoice. They said my package was being sent out for delivery, but I’m still waiting with no information on delivery, and they aren’t responding to my emails. Very poor customer service.
I’m amazed. I was skeptical about buying this product due to mixed reviews, but after using it once, my hair is the softest it’s ever been and not greasy at all. My roots usually get oily and my ends are dry and frizzy, but after one wash, the results have been unbelievable! The packaging is adorable, and the scent is incredible. I chose blackberry, strawberry, and pink champagne, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever smelled. It’s also kept my hair smelling fresh. Although it’s a bit pricey, I highly recommend it and am thrilled with this product!
