I placed an order on November 1, received a billing invoice email immediately, and have had no contact for three weeks. There’s been zero tracking information or updates, and I don’t even have a package number to check with the postal service. I’ve emailed them multiple times and reached out through the website with no response. The customer service is terrible; at this point, it feels like a scam. I don’t know how to get my money back because no one is contacting me.
