It’s November 15. My order was placed on October 31. I had to message them for an invoice and order confirmation on November 5, and they sent me an email with a picture. I asked why it wasn’t the information I requested, but received no reply. Eventually, I figured out that the picture had their website’s info, and I was directed to their site for the invoice. They said my package was being sent out for delivery, but I’m still waiting with no information on delivery, and they aren’t responding to my emails. Very poor customer service.
