I ordered shampoo and conditioner twice from the company. The first time in April, I didn’t receive an order confirmation, which I followed up on after five days and it was resolved. The product was good. I placed another order on November 17, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. I followed up on November 27 with proof of purchase, but there’s been no response. As of December 2, I’m still waiting for a reply. It’s very frustrating, especially since I appreciated buying from a locally owned company, and the lack of communication is a significant letdown, particularly during this time of year.
