Recently they started fraud manipulation in the business. I was a regular customer and they offered 10%-20 % earlier that was smooth. However once they offered a 25 % and took order and status was shipped. After 3-4 days since there were no call i just checked the application , the update was customer cancelled the order. I called customer service and they told me that was a mistake since parcel lost on shipment. So they should update that in the call log and close with the notification However when I asked them to reorder and send the same they told the discount is not available and they cant do that. This is a Scam!! A reputed company should never do that !! I have all supporting documents and call logs in case need to go to the consumer court . I am thinking for that.And again once i called for replacement of tablet since doctor asked to do , bought for two months( after 3 weeks , they asked to place a new order the return policy is only for three days ) A total disaster. They should replace control medicines since no one handle this other than disposing.i have sent several mails to customer care however their reply was to order a new one..orderid PO17925189454955
