I ordered a knee braces for my mother. They took more than the usual time as indicated initially. The issue we faced is that they delivered a totally different product than what was ordered. It’s been several days since I raised this issue through their website Chatbot and shared requested details couple of times. Also, the same details have been shared over email two times but unfortunately I haven’t got any update and resolution to the issue. Initially I was promised that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours, however, it’s been nearly a week’s time but no update whatsoever till now. Pathetic experience, won’t recommend anyone to avail their platform.

Fraud , 1mg people can displace your blood sample then they will ask again for blood collection n giving bogus reason. If you will deny they will falsely send you the msg that fasting blood sample has collected at 2 PM.
And will provide you the report after 2 days.
The bogus collected blood of any bodies...
These people are playing with the life of many Innocent people , This is happened to me.
I will never recommend to anybody, for money they can go with false report either your medical condition is critical.

I just received my results, and it's shocking that the KFT report lacks the eGFR, which is crucial for kidney function. I called to request the GFR value since I had already provided the blood sample, but they refused, stating it wasn't included in the package. This feels like cheating. For a country like India, the service I've experienced is the worst ever. Delivery promised in 60 minutes constantly got delayed, with no real tracking available. Getting in touch with a live agent was nearly impossible. This has been the most frustrating experience. I won't use this service again.
