I ordered a knee braces for my mother. They took more than the usual time as indicated initially. The issue we faced is that they delivered a totally different product than what was ordered. It’s been several days since I raised this issue through their website Chatbot and shared requested details couple of times. Also, the same details have been shared over email two times but unfortunately I haven’t got any update and resolution to the issue. Initially I was promised that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours, however, it’s been nearly a week’s time but no update whatsoever till now. Pathetic experience, won’t recommend anyone to avail their platform.
