I've used the app for years. Changed from Verizon to T-Mobile and have a new number. Now it won't send me a text to verify new number and whenever I open the app it just stays at the enter verification code screen. The only option I have from there is to continue (which I can't) or log out. I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled and have the same issue. Now I'm missing taking surveys because of this. Yet they h keep telling me I have surveys to take. Emailed for help in August and still no damn help. Uninstalled and whish I could give ZERO star rating
