I would have given these clowns 0 stars if it was possible.
Deposited money no problem a few times, but as soon as i go to withdraw the bullshit starts. First they tell me i need to verify, which Ok most do so I am fine with this. Send them proof of ID, proof of address and proof of the deposits. This is all they asked for.
Verified and withdrew again, waiting a few days and got an email saying withdrawal cancelled, now they needed a photo of the card I deposited on. They didn't ask for this initially. So after a bit of back and forth I reluctantly sent them what they asked for. I asked them over and over after this if there would be anymore issues, they promised me there would not. I specifically asked them if there was a wagering requirement before withdrawal. 3 different agents assured me that there wasn't. I kept asking and kept asking until i eventually accepted their answer.
Waited 3 days still pending until yet another withdrawal cancellation email comes through. Turns out not to my surprise that there is actually a wagering requirement of 3 times the deposit . They tell me I am currently at 0 towards it. Since the deposit I have placed more than the 3x wager in bets but yet I am still at 0 progress.
Get onto support to ask why my bets haven't been counted towards the wagering, couldn't give me an answer. I even asked them what the wagering requirements were, maybe they had to be certain types of bets or maybe a certain odds etc. Thought maybe I could figure it out myself, maybe I hadn't met the requirements. Couldn't even provide me that information, like what is actually the point of support if you can't answer very basic queries. The live chat is honestly the worst I've ever experienced, completely pointless. They cant answer simple questions, either tell you they have escalated it to the correct department to just please wait and then ignore you and don't ever reply, either this or they will just tell you to email support. Have sent about 10 emails now to support, no reply, tried to ring them, number is disconnect, chat refuse to help. I wouldn't mind but I am literally only withdrawing 60 pounds. I think I may have to just accept that my money is gone
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not give this site your money, and don't listen to the bullshit generic responses they keep posting under all of these reviews. The place is just a complete scam, avoid!
