From the date I paid for the service until the application was approved, everything was extremely efficient. Sebastian and Andre were very clear on the requirements and next steps. All details were finalized a week ahead of time, and Sebastian even logged in on the weekend to help me through the submission process (as my application date fell on a Saturday).
