WARNING: EXORBITANT FEESThey Charge $50 to forward ONE MAILPIECE to their Monthly Subscribers. I had a decent experience with the llc setup and registration, although their interface was buggy and confusing. I paid for the yearly subscription and designated office space which is $50 a month on top of the upfront costs for the registrations. I started to receive mail, and found out they charge you $50 to forward one piece of mail to a different address. When asked about this, they said it was to cover the cost of opening, reading and logging the mail, but those services are ALREADY covered in the membership fees. This is an outrageous fee for a simple service. I canceled and went to a competitor with better terms and pricing.
While I want to give this company a five star rating for ease of setting up and pricing, the HORRIBLE customer service makes this company a SCAM. Basically if you have any questions at all - even a simple yes or no question - all their customer service responds with is “ you must pay hundreds of dollars just to find out if our lawyers can even answer this simple question”. This goes for whatever question you have, even if it isn’t a legal question. For instance, I just needed to know what my title was for the LLC (a very basic question which does not require an attorney to answer). Customer service refused to answer me and insisted that I pay $250 to talk to an attorney just for that simple answer. Another question was whether or not their attorneys could even write a letter on my behalf. If the answer was yes depending on the content, I would have paid the fee to find out. Instead they couldn’t even answer if it was even possible, and insisted that I would have to pay the $250 for an initial simple yes or no question. It’s obviously a SCAM that no matter what your question could possibly be, they just want to extort more money from you. Do yourself a favor and use another service that appropriately provides customer service without holding your LLC hostage.One star, cannot recommend
About the Customer service. Now it is catastrophic, and it takes several days just to reach customer service if we haven’t to possibility for calling and speaking English. We do not recommend this company to anyone and will do everything possible to replace it.
I have three registered companies listed with them that date back to 2000. Unfortunately there have been many errors both in accounting /billing that have resulted in long support calls and back and forth emails. I have had documents (critical filings) vanish from my account with attempts to force me to pay despite having already done so. This has happened twice in my tenure with them. Both times the same excuse was given (we recently updated our billing system and or dashboard) I will say that they owned their mistake and fixed it the first time but this time t he error is far more grievous and as of todays date they have failed to correct the issue. They list your account as delinquent when you renewals are still well in the future date which makes my organization reflect poorly based on false information. I also now get assistance not from them but from a third party vendor that goes against the whole anonymity and exposes elements of my business that are meant to be shielded from outside companies who may not be bound by the same levels of protection or privacy that I am paying premium to wyomingllcattorney.com to keep. If the proper reinstatement on my account is not corrected in the next work weeks (as its been two weeks so far since I have brought up the errors in their billing system, to which they admitted to, I will be forced to file a complaint to the state of Wyoming and seek a full audit and potentially seek legal action as I am the middle of majored negotiations and this is throwing a wrench in my ability to secure a lucrative contract which means I would also be seeking damages if they fail to correct.)
I had two filings to make that were out of the normal filing process. Customer service picked up on the second ring each time. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. I am turning all my legal formations business over to them.
