Ordered window and patio doors in Spring/Summer 2021. Installation started and is still not finished. Window without a handle to open or vents fitted. Other small issues with the quality of parts and fitting. Most importantly, patio doors that don't lock - was fixed once but discovered they still weren't locking. Not happy with quality of products, fitting or resolution.On the plus side, they look as good as any I looked at.
