We've had our bifold doors in place for almost 9 years and on the couple of occasions we've called out the Service Team the quality of customer service and the actual on-site engineering has been exceptional. Recently the internal gasket on one of the doors became misaligned and Marcus himself popped round the following evening to fix the issue personally.
