I simply must extend a HUGE and warm thankyou to Jenny at 1st Folding Doors who really came to the "save the day" party by having our Cortiz slimline door repaired. We noticed Sunday night there was an issue preventing it opening/locking and it's Tuesday AM and it's been repaired. This is customer service at it's premium. So can we please get a round of applause for Jenny's proactive and considerate approach to sorting this out. It's a unique find to have aftercare like this... so for this alone, I am going to finally recommend 1st Folding. A shout out too the lads that came before 9am this morning to fix it too. Polite.. knew what they were doing and a credit to the company!
