We are happy with our aluminium sliding doors and this is the most important part but the reason for the 4 star review is that it took quite a few visits to get one of the sets working and locking properly. We have had a few installers that came, left not long after saying it was fixed only for the same issue to happen hours later (trouble locking). That said, Dan and Jenny were very understanding and Dan was by far the best installer we had and he has finally fixed the issue that was not fixed by previous visits. Overall therefore, very happy with the product, very happy with Jen and Daniel but less so with other installers that came to rectify issues hence cannot give a 5 star review.
