These are the second bifold doors from 1st Folding that we have installed in two properties. This set are now in their 11th year. The recent service, (post 10 year warranty) could not have been better administered and executed by Jenny in the Service team and Daniel the engineer. There was a full service for the doors along with excellent advice (not to use oil but silicone on the mechanics) and a new set of handles! Feels like a new set of doors!
