Bought my sliding doors a few years ago, recently had trouble with door so contacted the company to assist me. Turns out I’m still under their warranty and an appointment was booked quickly by Jenny. She was so helpful and reassuring. Engineer visited today and resolved the issue , ordered a new part also all under the warranty, amazing! Great customer service from engineer he was friendly and resolved the issue. Thank you for a smooth service , would highly recommend as they make great door and the aftercare service to match.
