Updated review: you’ll see below my negative review. I must now say that having finally made contact the installation manager has been really good. He has been communicative and thorough. He was apologetic and explained the staffing issues they had which meant their communication was not good enough. The lead times are long as they are across the industry at the moment (and my other supplier are a fair bit longer) but no more than we expected or were warned. I’ll provide a further update once we’ve had the installation.I haven’t even got the product yet and am fed up with this company. Having paid the deposit I am getting absolutely no reply to emails and they don’t answer the phone. There’s not even an answerphone! I have not the faintest idea of when my glazing will be installed despite paying a significant deposit 4 weeks ago. It’s actually not even that relevant what the product is like now; their service is such an embarrassment to the industry (in which I have worked previously) that I would still rate them poorly. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
