The customer service is absolutely terrible. Responses take days, and when they finally arrive, they don't address the issue at all. I'm receiving no assistance. The promised "24 hours" for opening a company is completely false! I purchased their most premium package, and a week later, my identity still isn't verified because they keep sending broken links! I strongly advise avoiding this service!
