1st Formations charged my bank account without my authorization. I did not knowingly agree to any automatic renewal, and I could not find any clear option on the website to cancel the service or remove my card details.
Taking money from a customer's account without clear authorization is unacceptable. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time trying to resolve the issue.
If the refund is not processed, I will escalate this complaint and report the matter to the relevant authorities and consumer protection organizations. I will also share my experience on public review platforms.
I expect a full refund and confirmation that my payment details have been removed from the system.
