When the fitters installed our bi-folding doors, they claimed they didn't have the necessary magnets and advised me to reach out to the office. Following the owner's reply, I contacted the office to inform them that a key had snapped in one of the window locks after three weeks. They noted the issue and promised a callback, but it's been two weeks with no follow-up. We ordered the windows and doors on August 25, but the installation was inconsistent, with fitters arriving without all the necessary windows, even missing a front door's side glass. It took nearly four months to finish the installation, and I’m still without the magnets.
