Extremely satisfied with the overall experience! I purchased a sleeper couch and loveseat online at an excellent price, including free white glove delivery. While there was a slight delay from the original delivery date, the team did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the status. The delivery personnel were fantastic. Scheduling was simple, and they provided regular updates. They delivered inside, set everything up, and took away all the packaging.
