Purchased a cabinet as a Christmas gift two months in advance. However, when the recipient tried to assemble it during the holidays, several components were missing. Upon reaching out to the manufacturer, they declined to provide the necessary parts since it had been more than two months since the purchase. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service. A reliable company would have offered the needed parts.
Extremely satisfied with the overall experience! I purchased a sleeper couch and loveseat online at an excellent price, including free white glove delivery. While there was a slight delay from the original delivery date, the team did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the status. The delivery personnel were fantastic. Scheduling was simple, and they provided regular updates. They delivered inside, set everything up, and took away all the packaging. I would definitely order from them again and will recommend their services to others!
