I purchased a vehicle from 1 Stop Car Sales along with an Autoguard EVOLVED warranty, which I was told would protect me from major mechanical faults. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.When my car developed a significant suspension fault only a few months later, the warranty provider (Autoguard) rejected the claim based on exclusions that were never clearly explained to me at the time of sale. I was not told the warranty was unregulated by the FCA, and key limitations like refusal to cover structural suspension failures were not disclosed.I have attempted to raise a complaint with 1 Stop Car Sales directly, but all listed email addresses (including the complaints email address) bounce back as undeliverable. This raises serious concerns about how they handle customer service or accountability after the sale, particularly in cases where financial loss is involved.It’s extremely disappointing to be left in this situation with no proper channel of communication and no support for a product they sold me in good faith.If you're considering purchasing anything through this dealership, be careful!I am now escalating this matter to the Motor Ombudsman and seeking further legal advice.
