Really great service. We had to have the car transported as it was not driveable. All 4 passengers had quite a long journey to take us from West to East, but despite it being a long journey, it was not a drag as the guy (sorry we did not get his name) was so lovely, really chatty, professional. I am quite an anxious passenger on the motorway but I felt very safe with him driving me (my car, husband and 2 kids) on the M62. Thanks so much.
