I use this service as a private hire driver and keeping my vehicle on the road and having access to a breakdown service is paramount. But unfortunately RAC you have let yourselves down on this occasion with a RAC man attending to me with broken equipment, then passing me off to a 3rd party recovery company who took 13 hours to respond and collect my car.

I dunno the name of the chap who picked me up- but he was fantastic- cheered me up no end after waiting nearly 3 hours on the motorway (fault of the AA not this company). Went the extra mile to take me home instead of the services he was advised to! Lovely bloke from Salford (Asian with a beard) he was so friendly and honestly can’t say how much he cheered me and my mum up! He’s a credit to your company! Thank you so much!

We were rescued by a lovely lady who helped us no end she was absolutely lovely . Put my mind at ease nothing was to much for her. I would highly recommend this company and definitely recommend Britz thank you so much
Prompt pick up as we knew that a recovery was essential due to mechanical failure. Excellent, pleasant and helpful driver who even diverted slightly off the main route to allow a comfort break at a local hotel plus drop off of a passenger and collection of a bag. 5 star service. Thank you.
