I paid £474.05 on 8 November 2024 to Imperial Learning Ltd (trading as 1Training) for a PRINCE2 Foundation course including an exam code.I completed the learning and requested my exam code on 25 September 2025. I submitted a formal complaint on 29 October 2025.Months later, the exam code has still not been provided. I have repeatedly been told there are “technical issues” with no resolution or timeframe.As a result, I have been unable to complete the qualification and no longer have access to the learning materials. This has directly impacted my ability to apply for jobs while unemployed.Trading Standards are now involved. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from this provider.
