New update on 20th Feb 2025: I was able to sit my Prince2 7 Practitioner exam on 14th February, which I passed, but my certification has not been granted yet because the voucher is linked to Imperial Learning, which is not more a Peoplecert partner, and that blocks the automatic generation of certifications for passed exams. I have been told by PeopleCert that the certification expedition will require senior management approval, and they've got a backlog of cases in the same situation as I...Strong recommendation, keep far from Imperial Leaning Ltd (1Training, Globaledulink or whichever other website names they use).Just an update on this review: I have just been confirmed by PeopleCert that Imperial Learning Ltd, owner of 1Training is not more a PeopleCert partner.Please be aware before buying Prince2, ITIL, DevOps or LanguageCert courses from 1Learning, Globaledulink or whichever other websites owned by Imperial Learning LtdI've been living a hell with my certification delayed over 3 months because of this people. Thankfully, Peoplecert has behaved and they helped me so now everything is sorted out.----I bought a Prince2 7 Practitioner boundle including exam and resit.I have tried to have the exam voucher for over 2 months with no success after 2 requests.The first request, seemed correct on screen but I had no confirmation email and nothing happened for a month. On 26th October 2024 (one month later) I issued again the voucher request and I had a confirmation email this time. Now, on 1st December 2024, 35 days and about 10 emails later, I have nothing. I am now seriously thinking that they got my money and they are not buying the exam vouchers from Peoplecert. If that is the case, now I will need to deal with the pain of having my money back but that is not the worst. The worst harm for me is the 2 months wasted and needing to start all over with another course provider.
