This is a revised review following 1Training flagging my previous review was inflammatory. My wife paid for Prince2 in Feb 25 and after multiple complaints and escalations she was promised an exam code which never arrived, customer services provide the same excuses, system errors, volume of business etc… bottom line they do not answer the phone, they operate from a communal meeting rooms in Holborn - apparently, not listed on Companies House… customer services is appalling, there are far better training providers out there - who issue exam codes within a sensible timeframe. I also found their exact learning material on YouTube - open source and no subscription - so the £420 fee is for the exam code - which was only issued after resorting to reporting the company to our Bank who challenged the payment.They promise to resolve issues but don’t. An exam code was allegedly issued last Friday (since Feb 24) that is just not on… we have decided not to use this provider and will spend the refund on another provider.If you want no nonsense and good service avoid this company at all costs. The more you dig into this company online, the office address, LinkedIn and so on the more the red flags will become apparent. They have moved heaven and earth to remove negative reviews and we have evidence which I cannot share here.Just beware and very careful before parting with your money - I would never use this provider for training or qualification… they are simply not value for money or competent. I suspect all negative reviews are removed in the same manner - issue an exam code way beyond the 14 day promise and badger the reviewer to remove or edit their review.1Training we are beyond disappointed in your services and truly believed we were being scammed - we won’t use the exam code now so can’t confirm or deny if this is a scam or not!
