I purchased the ITIL Foundation course and exam from 1Training several months ago and have yet to receive the exam docket necessary to sit for the exam. Despite multiple attempts to contact 1Training, they have not resolved the issue, and the course has now expired. Given that 1Training promotes itself as a reputable training provider, their failure to fulfill their obligations is misleading and has caused significant distress. I have already contacted ASA and People Cert with a formal complaint.
