The status indicates 'Completed', yet I have not received the funds in my bank account even after more than 15 hours. IMPS transfers are supposed to be instant, and every completed transaction should have a Reference Number. Despite my repeated requests, the support team has failed to provide the Reference Number, Sender Bank IFSC, or timestamp. My smaller withdrawal of ₹1,350 was successfully credited, which confirms my bank details are accurate. The issue lies solely with the ₹49,500 payout that remains unaddressed. I urge immediate action: (1) Provide the valid IMPS Reference Number, or (2) Acknowledge the payout failure and return the amount to my wallet for reprocessing. Until resolved, this remains a withheld payout, and I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
