My previous withdrawal of ₹1,350 was successfully credited, confirming that my bank details are accurate. Therefore, the issue lies solely with the ₹49,500 payout, which remains unaccounted for without any explanation. I urge immediate action: (1) Provide the valid IMPS RRN, OR (2) Acknowledge the payout failure and return the amount to my wallet for reprocessing. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot endorse the service based on this experience.

On 29 November, I attempted to withdraw ₹5,000, but after 3-4 hours, it was rejected, and the money returned to my account. On 30 November, they created a ticket for me and promised a resolution within 1-7 days, assuring that the funds would be credited sooner. However, after 7 days, the money is still not in my account. I have messaged them constantly, but they keep saying my issue is under review. I desperately need that money, and despite sending over 500 messages via Telegram and their chat support, my concerns are being ignored and delayed.
Dear team, the website is quite good, but please address your withdrawal problems. Withdrawals show as successful, yet the funds do not get credited. I made withdrawals of ₹4,000 on 26 November, ₹1,200 on 27 November, and ₹3,000 on 29 November, all marked successful but still not credited. I have submitted my bank statement, yet the issue remains unresolved. Please fix this.

I rate this service zero stars. They are fraudulent; my deposit has not been received yet. They continuously lie about my seven deposit payments totaling ₹107,000. They claim the payments were canceled and returned to my account, yet my bank confirms the payments were completed. I have reported this to the authorities as I suspect fraud. Please do not trust this service.
