On 30 November, they created a ticket for me and promised a resolution within 1-7 days, assuring that the funds would be credited sooner. However, after 7 days, the money is still not in my account. I have messaged them constantly, but they keep saying my issue is under review. I desperately need that money, and despite sending over 500 messages via Telegram and their chat support, my concerns are being ignored and delayed.
