It has been nearly 48 hours since I deposited 200 Cedis into my account. The funds have been deducted from my mobile wallet but have not been credited. Other platforms resolve such issues quickly, but here, I feel ignored. They respond at their convenience, as if I am begging for what is rightfully mine. It’s unacceptable to be told to wait up to 7 days for my funds to be credited. This should be the platform's responsibility to rectify such inconveniences promptly.
