Writing another review because facing same problem again..last time i made a withdrawal on around 17 November 2024 .. amount ₹3620 but not credited in my account.after complaining them and sending them bank statement more than 10 times..got nothing.. what i got after 3 months is that it was my fault because i entered incorrect account number..so basically they took almost 90 days just find that i made a mistake..i wrote about it here and got there response but nothing happened.Again same issue facing..i made a withdrawal on 6 April 2025 .. amount ₹3000 ... payment was in proccessing and then i raised a complaint and guess what happened they gave me a deadline of 7 days ..so i have to Wait for next 7 days and after 6 days 20 hours later they showed that transaction as completed .. again i raise a complaint and gave them statement and bank response and again they raise a complaint a give 7 days deadline.. complaint was rasied on April 22, 2025 ..PMNT-2721308..and guess what after 7 days they say our specialists are working and due to additional check deadline time exceed..so i thought they will take extra 1-2 days but no..extra 2 weeks passed..today is 14 may 2025..only response i got is that query are solved on first come first serve..Disappointed as usual.Game id: 97965154
