My experience 1 of the worst app in the world, I have deposited amount from kotak bank payment done successfully but not credited in 1win app, customer executive asking utr no I not have so I talk to my bank officer saive provide him bank statement soI have provided bank statement 26 april 25 1sin executive not except need only utr, then only 1 time I have talked 1win officers on call he said to check deposit option banking update amount check what showing so I have done all procedures popup show in process from that thim till now Call. Customer t care IVR suggest key press option while I press key nothing happened this types froad going on in 1win app ... I will upload all chat youtube, instagram,facebook , etc,etc..
