Generally IMPS transactions ref no is made of 12 digit numerical, but when you send from same bank(state bank of india) to same bank(state bank of india) the reference id generated came as alpha numerical (LTA32595CM2B35D). I have attached the screenshot for your reference. The issue is i cannot enter the alpha numerical reference in 1win website as it accepting only 12 digit numerical reference number. So for the last 12days i have been asking the customer support to help me in all ways possible. But till now i have been only told to wait wait and wait. I'm a vip customer and have a VIP manager, so everyone says contact yout vip manager. I had given everything my manager asked me. Like a bank email that the transaction is successful with journal number of the transfer. And the bank statement till date. I had also given the beneficiary details to my bank amd checked the KK agro products bank account and checked the money has been credited to the payment provider account. But my bank cannot give evidence of the same. So please help me recover my money. I have already lost a lot of money. I have already lost a lot of money in 1win when i deposit it doesn't come to wallet. Now its becoming a pattern and happening regularly, which looks like a scam. Till now 1win has scammed me 3.25 lakhs
