I initiated a withdrawal of ₹49,500 on 6 December 2025 at 08:46 PM via Bank Transfer (IMPS). The status indicates 'Completed', yet I still haven't received the funds in my bank account after over 15 hours. IMPS transfers are meant to be instant, and every completed transaction should include a Reference Number (RRN). Despite several requests, the support team has failed to provide the RRN, Sender Bank IFSC, or a timestamp. My previous withdrawal of ₹1,350 was successfully credited, confirming that my bank details are accurate. Therefore, the issue lies solely with the ₹49,500 payout, which remains unaccounted for without any explanation. I urge immediate action: (1) Provide the valid IMPS RRN, OR (2) Acknowledge the payout failure and return the amount to my wallet for reprocessing. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot endorse the service based on this experience.
