1x bet restricted my account all of a sudden and the requested for a couple of documents and i have duly submitted all the original documents they have requested. They said it would take 72 hours and now its been more than 2 weeks and they havent freed my account. The saddest part is they have also blocked the withdrawl of my own funds. I have reached out to the security team and they respond with same auto respond messages and dont even care. I would urge everyone to think twice before choosing 1x bet and its not worth your time and efforts. They just say verification is a standard feature but it has been already two weeks without any response when they themselves initially said it would take 72 hours. The security team is not even responding now despite reaching them for an update.
Please do look up on internet. They have done this to multiple people and do not respond. Dont ever use 1x bet.
