On 16/01/2026, I made multiple deposits totaling large sums through an agent operating within your system, called “Manfalut Fire Star” (phone: 01224113611). All previous transactions were completed without issue using this agent and his withdrawal point.
On that date, I was instructed to use a different withdrawal point, “Asyut Al Nooos Cash.” I sent 12 official withdrawal codes from my account (each 60,000 EGP), but I only received 9 codes. The remaining 3 codes, totaling 180,000 EGP, have not been credited to my account.
I followed all official procedures and did not provide my personal data to any unauthorized third party. The agent was operating through your network, meaning this is an issue with your system and your agent management.
When I contacted chat support, the response was: “We have no relation; contact the agent.” This is unacceptable as the agent was part of your official system.
