I received email from them with two offers 1- to order pre-owned part from Ebay or cash toward the repair for $189.00. I called them and was on hold on the phone for an hour. I asked the questions Can you please show me where the used part is mentioned in the contract? The answer was that it does not mention a new part in the contract as well. Be aware of how they are using their words and contracts.
