UPDATE 6/01/26: Follow-Up Communication Lacking

UPDATE 6/01/26: I reached out as requested to provide further details. I spoke with a representative who offered me a voucher to return, which I declined since I had no intention of going back to a place where I felt disrespected. Instead, I asked if they could donate the voucher's value to a charity. Since then, I've received no response. I followed up last week and still heard nothing. This silence speaks volumes. --- I visited early in the morning, not realizing it was 7:50 am and that they open at 8 am. The door was unlocked, so I entered. Instead of being informed about the opening time, a staff member shouted from across the room, "WE'RE NOT OPEN YET." I replied, "the door's open?" but got no response, so I left and waited outside. The same staff member then approached the door aggressively, asking, "did you say something?!" I simply reiterated that the door was open, to which she shouted, "well it's not supposed to be!" I chose not to stay and went for coffee elsewhere. The rudeness and hostility were incredibly off-putting, especially in the morning. If you're looking for an aggressive start to your day with your coffee, this is the place for you.
