I typically avoid writing lengthy reviews unless something goes awry, but it’s 2026 and I’m ready to change that. It’s time to highlight the positive experiences as well. My journey began at a coffee shop in Lincoln. It was my first time visiting. I often feel a bit anxious trying new places and ordering in unfamiliar settings, but I downloaded the app and got a complimentary coffee. A free drink is a fantastic motivator. The atmosphere inside was bustling in a pleasant way — vibrant but not chaotic. The warm smiles from the staff put me at ease. I ordered a latte, received a table card, and found a cozy spot. I tuned into a podcast and enjoyed some people-watching for a while. When my latte arrived, it featured beautiful latte art — something I’ve attempted but never succeeded at home — which brought a smile to my face. More importantly, the coffee itself was exceptional. I usually stick to the major chains because I tend to stay within my comfort zone, but this was truly a cut above. I savored it so much that it disappeared in no time. I seriously thought about ordering another, but I was short on time. Overall, I adored the entire experience and have now discovered my favorite place to visit whenever I’m in Lincoln. Thank you.
UPDATE 6/01/26: I reached out as requested to provide further details. I spoke with a representative who offered me a voucher to return, which I declined since I had no intention of going back to a place where I felt disrespected. Instead, I asked if they could donate the voucher's value to a charity. Since then, I've received no response. I followed up last week and still heard nothing. This silence speaks volumes. --- I visited early in the morning, not realizing it was 7:50 am and that they open at 8 am. The door was unlocked, so I entered. Instead of being informed about the opening time, a staff member shouted from across the room, "WE'RE NOT OPEN YET." I replied, "the door's open?" but got no response, so I left and waited outside. The same staff member then approached the door aggressively, asking, "did you say something?!" I simply reiterated that the door was open, to which she shouted, "well it's not supposed to be!" I chose not to stay and went for coffee elsewhere. The rudeness and hostility were incredibly off-putting, especially in the morning. If you're looking for an aggressive start to your day with your coffee, this is the place for you.
I contacted customer service about delays in the delivery of a product I ordered. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful! They followed up with the necessary parties multiple times for updates and kept me informed throughout. This included making early morning calls to the delivery service to confirm my product was set for delivery that day. They truly went the extra mile to ensure I received my parcel, and I greatly appreciate their dedication and effort.

I worked with a representative regarding my coffee machine order. Due to circumstances unrelated to the company, the coffee machine I ordered was unavailable within the usual timeframe. The representative went above and beyond to coordinate with the drop shipping company and provided me with regular updates on the situation. This was very reassuring and highly professional. I received a full refund promptly once it became clear that the machine might not be available for some time. Truly excellent service and a very positive experience with a commendable company.
