AVOID at all cost........ absolutely dreadful to deal with, my gearbox was covered by the warranty but due to the time it took me to get a diagnosis and finally a written estimate and with Christmas thrown into the mix they knocked back the claim saying the time from initial call to finally making the claim was unreasonable, this time frame was out of my control and even though I explained this it made no difference to them at all. NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON.
