This is a terrible company to deal with.1st claim - Argued with garage time allowed. Argued over price of part. Settled £105 of £250.2nd - faulty EGR. 5yr old car. Refused to pay as said was due to carbon build up. Threatening email from managing director when a complaint was made.Avoid at all costs.EDIT - 22/07/22.Please see below comments from the company. This is exactly what I have had to deal with throughout. I don't have a grudge against Bruce. I'm sure he's a lovely guy. I just wanted my warranty company to fix my car. The mission statement prides itself in "no loop holes." this is not my perception. I will keep this post updated on action and results. I have asked for a final response to an FCA complaint and I'm still waiting.
