I have had a terrible experience with 2020 Warranty. I called on 18th July 2025 to cancel my warranty and was reassured over the phone that it would be done. I followed up later in July to confirm and asked for written proof, but I am still being billed.Despite explaining that I am going through serious health issues, including a high-risk pregnancy after a miscarriage, they have continued to bill me and have even affected my credit file. I no longer have the vehicle since March 2025, yet the policy remains active.Every time I think the matter is resolved, there’s another issue, which has caused me great stress and worsened my health. This whole process has been exhausting, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
