Do not and I repeat, do not , take a warranty out with this company. Absolutely shocking. Had an issue with my car about 8 weeks from having bought it, the coolant inlet failed. Called in, paid in full nearly £400.00 and they said it wasn't covered. Now I'm locked into a warranty for a year that's absolutely useless. And out of pocket nearly a thousand pounds for a warranty that's useless. Piece of mind they said.... piece of rubbish more like....this fills me with confidence for the rest of the year....yeah right! Thanks for scamming me out of £1000.00 thanks for nothing. I will be writing to the ombudsman this afternoon.PS I was told on the call I had 6 weeks... not 4 weeks? So please do, also it would be helpful to send a pack out before the cooling off period ends, so customers can look at the warranty and your rules and regulations before committing to 12 months. Now I'm stuck in a 12 month warranty that is completely useless and I feel I've been scammed? Instead of blaming the customer, try working with the customers, as we do. The customer is always right. Not wrong? Now I don't feel confident in my new car if something else goes wrong because I'm sure you'll find something else to refuse the warranty. Btw I spoke to Scott today in complaints at jigsaw, he was very understanding and thought the same as me. And he will be looking at it personally. Btw you shouldn't take a bad review personally, you should take it as an opportunity to improve your business.
